Linked Data provides an unexpected boost to the detection of fraud and finding the ones who have set up the fraud. Especially the interaction and visualisation of Linked Data play an important role here. The fraud inspectors themselvesare are now able to track and analyse. Because the inspector interacts with the data, the intuition of the inspector is used to its fullest. Therefore it are the inspectors that tell us that Linked Data has become an indispensable part of their work. Linked Data makes their work both more efficient but especially more effective: much more fraude is detected in a much shorter time than before.
