With the registration your name and affiliation will automatically be included in the list of participants, which will be published. However, if you do not wish to be included you can login to your personal account and unsubscribe.

- Warm lunch buffet (13.09. & 14.09.), coffee, soft drinks, refreshments and snacks (all days)
- Special discounts for registrations can be arranged for organisations registering more than 10 people and for sponsors, please contact semantics2016@fu-confirm.de directly in case you are interested!
- For Student Tickets we ask you for a valid student ID at the registration desk.
- Notification of cancellation must be sent per e-mail to the conference secretary: semantics2016@fu-confirm.de.
- For cancellations of registration received until 30 June 2016. we will refund the complete amount minus a handling fee of 25 Euros.
- For cancellations of registration received after 30 June 2016 - 31 August 2016, we will refund 50 % of the total fee.
- We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 August 2016.
- Instead of cancellation you can transfer the registration to a colleague (25 Euro handling fee).
- Ticketing is done by converia.de.
